I Hate Sports: Major League Baseball is Pathetic

Two grown men behave like two grown men and THAT'S a big story in the world of major league baseball? The Detroit Tigers should be proud that they have at least one adult playing for them. The rest of MLB should hang their heads in shame. I got as sucked into this story as the next man when it first exploded on Thursday, June 2nd, because I, like most of you, was expecting to see a riot break out and punches thrown between the two teams and the game referees. But the story was sold as being remarkable because everyone behaved in a civil manner, when in this day and age we fully expect professional athletes to behave in the worst possible manner whenever things don't go there way. And what sort of an example if that to set for our children.
