This is the first video in a new series I'll be using to chronicle the new Obama Administration. As I've pointed out in more than one of my SNL Reviews, Barack Obama is an extremely difficult target for humor. He's the ultimate straight man, a Dean Martin in search of his Jerry Lewis. So rather than try to make fun of him (which I really don't want to do) I decided it might be fun to take a look at Washington by way of a secret Vlog that he he is recording for future generations.
There will be a great deal of silliness in it, but I also intend to use the Vlog as a means of expressing what I think President Elect Obama will probably be feeling as events unroll around him.

The New York Times did a piece the other day about the problems President Elect Obama is facing in regards to his personal use of technology. He's apparently hooked on his Blackberry and the White House Security people are making him give it up . . .
